If Observa rejects an observation, is the data still sent to the customer?
Never. At Observa, we only want to pass along high-quality data to our customers, so we discard data from rejected observations. We only reject an observation if the secret shopper didn’t follow the instructions correctly. Right now, more than 90% of observations are accepted.

The app simply does not work. I have emailed for help about it. I don't get any response. I get email notifications for opportunities in my area. There are usually quite a few. When I click on the observation, it allows me to open the app. When I open the app, the observations in my email do not exist. Don't waste your time.

The app pays and its relatively quick. Instructions are easy to understand. My issue recently are that certain jobs have a different camera function that made doing them worse than before. Unable to adjust the camera and it is in a permanent close up setting. It also added this weird overlap feature that is distracting. Please change it back, it makes doing them worse and less accurate.

How this app got 4+ star rating is beyond me. This is FREE labor for the places you have to "observe". Everyone who's been in a grocery store knows how narrow the isles are, yet they expect you to get full photos of specific sections and organize the section for the required photos. They don't offer additional pay for travel. 98% of your photos will be rejected, but they will still use the photos provided to profit for themselves. I see a lawsuit in the works, they'll show up under a new name
